Store Associate/Athlete – Parque Montigalà, Badalona – 16 Hours – Temporary and Permanent Contract

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Store Associate/Athlete of all genders for its NIKE Retail store at Parque Montigalà in Badalona. The role offers 16 hours per week, including weekday and weekend afternoon and closing shifts, with a temporary or permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Use product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to deliver premium brand experiences.
• Support leaders and coaches in training new employees.
• Support different store departments, including checkout, receiving and shipping goods, replenishing products, and creating displays.
• Recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
• Use digital tools to connect online and offline sales and in-store services.
• Inform customers and new employees about NIKE products and services.
• Develop product, sales, service, and company-culture knowledge through training and courses.
