Stockroom Specialist - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Stockroom Specialist to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide, SA on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in:

• Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service, to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
• Supporting the store management team by providing feedback on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house.
• Proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
• Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supporting the store management team by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail Team Leader experience in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Stockroom procedures
