We are seeking an experienced and passionate Stockroom Specialist to join the Essendon DFO Factory Outlet in Victoria on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
- Support the store management team by providing feedback on resources required to meet stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
- Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
- Propose ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
- Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Support the store management team in providing an outstanding consumer experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Experience
Experience as a retail team leader in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear, and knowledge of stockroom procedures, will be highly regarded.
