We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join the adidas Brisbane DFO Factory Outlet in Queensland on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
• Support store management by providing feedback on required resources to meet stockroom operational needs and maintain a premium stockroom model.
• Represent adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Drive compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
• Propose ideas and solutions to build a world-class factory outlet experience.
• Help drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Support the store management team in providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience regarded

• Retail team leadership experience in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Stockroom procedures
