Stockroom Retail Assistant Athlete PT 32 Hrs - Nike Roosendaal

NIKE, Inc. is looking for passionate individuals to help create the future of sport. At Nike retail stores, retail assistants are called “Athletes.” Nike Roosendaal is looking for a part-time Athlete to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Develop product, service, culture, and sales-trend knowledge through tools and training courses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication in English; Dutch is a plus. Applications should include a resume in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on store needs.
