Join adidas and help build the foundation of an exceptional retail experience at the brand-new Resorts World Birmingham store. We are seeking an experienced, organised, commercially minded, and hands-on Stockroom Manager to oversee all stockroom operations and support the store’s success from day one.
What you’ll do
- Lead all stockroom operations, ensuring product is received, processed, and made available to consumers quickly and accurately.
- Manage merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor to maximise product availability and sales opportunities.
- Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently while maintaining high standards of stock accuracy and loss prevention.
- Take ownership of inventory movements, stock transfers, and warehouse communications.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the wider store team by ensuring products are available when and where consumers need them.
- Coach and develop team members on stockroom processes, accuracy, and best practices.
- Collaborate with store management and sales floor teams to deliver business objectives.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by leading through example and supporting colleagues.
- Ensure operational procedures, compliance standards, and health and safety guidelines are followed.
