• At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• A team-player mindset, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.

Your activities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
