Atos is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant CMDB Expert to work closely with customers to understand and translate business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. The consultant will design, configure, develop, and implement platform capabilities while leading successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB, and GRC.
- Work with HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS solutions, and web technologies including XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services.
- Lead and facilitate functional design workshops and create design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Partner with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead technical delivery, including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation.
- Direct small technical or cross-functional teams within complex solution environments.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Perform hands-on implementation using HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations including Web Services, SOAP, Email, and MID Server.
Required Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Five or more years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions, with strong expertise in platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations.
- Equivalent experience with other enterprise ITSM platforms may also be considered.
- Experience delivering creative solutions to business challenges and strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, and plugins.
- Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related infrastructure concepts.
- Proven leadership experience guiding small teams and contributing to project delivery.
- Ability to produce clear technical and customer-facing documentation.
- Fluent English.
