Within the Compliance Department, you will support the other businesses of the CACEIS Group under the supervision of the Group Regulatory Watch Senior Expert, who is responsible for steering the banking, financial and asset management regulatory watch for the CACEIS Group.
You will contribute to coordinating the strategic monitoring of implementation across all Group entities, in collaboration with Support and Operational functions and external subject-matter experts.
Missions
- Conduct research and proactively identify regulations that impact CACEIS.
- Perform preliminary analyses and draft summaries on the impacts of new regulations on CACEIS and its services.
- Draft analytical memos.
- Contribute to coordination activities and facilitate connections between stakeholders involved in regulatory watch topics.
- Participate in the Regulatory Strategic Oversight framework to monitor regulatory changes across impacted business lines.
- Co-organise and participate in workshops and committees covering topics including AIFMD II, DORA, CSDR, ESG, MiFID II, EMIR III, Data Act, MiCA, AI Act and the AML Package.
- Gather information from Group employees across functions and jurisdictions and prepare presentation materials and reporting packs.
- Draft internal Group communications.
- Prepare materials for working groups and assist with their organisation.
- Draft meeting minutes and follow-up dashboards.
- Contribute to coordinating analysis workstreams.
- Participate in reviewing and editing the CACEIS REGWATCH regulatory newsletter in English and French.
- Contribute to coordinating external contributors supporting CACEIS regulatory watch activities.
Profile
- Master’s student in Business Law or Finance at a business school, university or Institute of Political Studies.
- Previous experience in the field is an asset.
- Empathy, pragmatism, sound decision-making, rigour and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in French and English.
