Stage - Project assistant, International Business Development, Wealth Solutions H/F

We are looking for a Master’s-level intern to join the Wealth Solutions Business Development team in Paris for a 6-month internship.
This internship offers the opportunity to help integrate artificial intelligence into daily processes, with a focus on investment solution proposal production and business monitoring for Wealth & Distribution clients.
Key responsibilities
- Map and analyze workflows used to produce investment solution proposals and client materials.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, consistency, and responsiveness.
- Support the design and testing of AI-enabled use cases for proposal drafting, content structuring, data synthesis, and document personalization.
- Help build templates, prompts, and process frameworks to streamline proposal creation.
- Assist in preparing investment solution presentations and proposal materials for Wealth & Distribution clients.
- Contribute to best practices for using AI in asset management and wealth solutions.

Profile
- Postgraduate degree at Master’s, MSc, PhD, Doctorate, or equivalent level.
- Studies in business management, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong interest in asset management, wealth solutions, financial markets, investment products, and client proposal development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to structure ideas clearly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other generative AI solutions.
- Interest in prompt engineering, process optimization, or digital transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The internship starts on 15 September 2026 and lasts 6 months. The company will pay an internship allowance when the internship exceeds two consecutive months.
