As part of the Pension Saving Funds team, the intern will assist the team in the execution of digital communication and sales-support activities. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in content and media support, campaign preparation, and commercial communication, contributing to the promotion of the pension offering across direct and digital channels.
The position offers exposure to both sales and governance activities, supporting the team in the preparation of materials, development of content, and coordination of day-to-day communication tasks.
Responsibilities
- Help draft short commercial messages, captions, and content updates.
- Assist in preparing content for digital platforms and internal and external communication.
- Update and organize content libraries, documents, and communication assets.
- Support the sales team with presentations, materials, and campaign assets.
- Assist in translating business ideas into simple and clear communication outputs.
- Support the coordination of communication activities across channels.
- Help monitor the status of ongoing content and campaign actions.
- Contribute to the collection and organization of feedback or inputs from internal stakeholders.
- Provide general support to the team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Political Science, or a related field, with a strong interest in communication and business.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to learn quickly and support multiple tasks.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and commercially effective content.
- Understanding of sales dynamics and commercial messaging.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
