The MO Portfolio Administration et Reporting team supports portfolio managers and sales teams. It guarantees the accuracy of securities and cash positions in management tools, controls and processes transactions, and produces and distributes client reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the team’s monthly production controls.
  • Help manage improvements to existing processes and tools, including automation using AI, robots, and other technologies, and ensure their effective implementation within the team.
  • Perform daily team activities, including controls of cash, securities, and accounting positions through reconciliations between internal tools and those of depositaries and accountants.
  • Guarantee, for portfolio managers, the accuracy of positions recorded in internal tools.
  • Monitor the creation of reporting for assigned portfolios.
  • Produce client reporting, regulatory reporting including SFDR reporting, and Supervisory Board reports for assigned portfolios.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal partners, including sales, portfolio management, and client services, and external partners, including depositaries, clearing agents, and valuers.
  • Contribute actively to the team’s cross-functional activities.
  • Produce KPIs.

What you will learn

Discovery of the Middle Office profession, mastery of Front-to-Back concepts such as IT architecture and transaction flows, an introduction to UCITS accounting, reconciliation principles, second-level analysis and control, and experience of working in a company.

Profile

  • Minimum level of study: one-year Master’s degree (M1).
  • Training: university, business school, or engineering school.
  • Specialization: financial markets.
  • Experience level: 0–2 years.
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets, particularly money-market products.
  • Knowledge of UCITS accounting.
  • Office tools: Microsoft Office; VBA and Python proficiency is welcome.
  • Interest in information systems and new technologies, including AI and robots.
  • English: reading, writing, and speaking.
