Job description
CACEIS is seeking an intern to join its General Inspection team as a bank internal auditor specialising in Digital Assets.
CACEIS is the depositary bank of Crédit Agricole Group and a European leader in asset servicing and depositary banking. Its General Inspection department is part of the Global Audit Inspection Line and conducts audit assignments for senior management in France and internationally.
During this 4- to 6-month internship, you will:
- Monitor internal and external initiatives related to digital assets, tokenisation processes, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, wallets, digitalised securities and blockchain.
- Participate in audits relating to digital assets within CACEIS.
- Develop audit guides for compliance, IT security and operational processes related to these topics.
The internship may lead to a permanent contract or VIE position as a Digital Assets & Blockchain Inspector.

Profile
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree specialising in banking, finance, IT security, blockchain or digital assets.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, rigour, reliability, organisation and strong prioritisation skills.
- Strong written communication skills in French and English.
- Knowledge of digital assets or blockchain, particularly Ethereum, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint.
- Python, cybersecurity, blockchain or digital assets knowledge is a strong advantage.
- English level B2 or higher.
