Stage HR - People & Culture Administrator

Location: Primark Fiordaliso, Rozzano, Italy

Expense reimbursement: €900 gross per month

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with availability for shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Primark’s People & Culture function supports colleagues across its stores. In this role, you will learn about and contribute to HR processes in a store with at least 200 employees, working alongside the Store People & Culture Business Partner and the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Administration: Entering attendance records, managing shift changes, sickness and holidays, and handling payslips.
• Organisation: Supporting managers with schedules based on commercial needs and organising holiday plans.
• Recruitment: Publishing adverts, screening CVs and conducting interviews for sales assistants.
• Training: Supporting new-colleague induction and development plans.
• Safety: Organising mandatory training, reporting, personal protective equipment and emergency plans.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, law or humanities, or a master’s degree in management or human resources.
• Energy, positivity, dynamism and a desire to learn.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, across five working days.
