This is an opportunity to begin a career in HR within a dynamic, international and growing business. You will support the management of human resources in a store with at least 200 employees and work alongside the Store People & Culture Business Partner and the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Administration: enter attendance records, manage shift changes, sickness and holidays, and support payroll administration.
- Organisation: understand working-time organisation, support Managers in creating schedules based on commercial needs, and organise holiday plans.
- Recruitment: publish adverts, screen CVs and conduct interviews for Sales Assistants at the store.
- Training: support the onboarding and induction process for new colleagues and development plans.
- Safety: organise mandatory training for store staff, maintain reporting, manage PPE and support the emergency plan.

Requirements
- Degree in economics, law or humanities, or a Master’s degree in management or human resources
- Energy, positivity, dynamism and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, working five days
