Stage - Fund Manager Operations Officer (6/12 months) H/F

Your missions

Starting date: September or October 2026.

To support its fund distribution business line, Fund Channel is looking for an intern in the Fund Manager Operations department.

The FMO department is responsible for managing rebates for its asset manager clients, including the calculation, reconciliation and invoicing follow-up of rebates due to distributors.

• Produce monthly and quarterly rebate calculations for distributors within agreed timeframes.
• Reconcile assets under management based on distributor statements.
• Review and set up rebate conditions and distributor networks in the in-house system based on distribution agreements.
• Verify rebate calculations and payments and ensure adherence to established procedures and controls.
• Investigate and follow up on distributor queries related to calculations, agreements and payments.
• Prepare reports for asset managers for finance purposes, including monthly accruals, accounting payment interfaces and ad hoc reporting.

Profile

• University or bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or finance.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; VBA or Python skills are a plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Insight into the finance industry.
• Previous experience in depositary, custody or fund administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complexity and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail.

Additional information

An internship agreement provided by the school or university is mandatory. The internship contract must be for a minimum of 6 months.
