Missions

To support our development, we are looking for an intern to strengthen the Fund Distributor Operations and Middle Office teams. The main mission will be to improve the processes for collecting commissions owed by management companies to distributors (Trailer Fees, Upfront Fees) and to Fund Channel (Service Fees), including:

• Working with an external consultancy to create and deploy AI capable of automatically reconciling client positions and commission amounts.
• Creating Python/UDA programs in line with productive models developed for the team’s new activities, including EMTN and middle-office reports.
• Optimizing existing activity reports through automated report generation and creating new reports.
• Identifying tasks where AI could be useful to improve operational efficiency.

A tripartite internship agreement is mandatory.

Training / Specialization: You are preparing a degree in finance, specializing in mathematics, computer science, big data, or data science.

Minimum experience level: 0–2 years

Skills needed

• Excellent command of Python programming and the use of AI applied to finance.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Fluent French and good command of English (B2 level).
• Good command of Excel, including pivot tables and advanced filters.
• Knowledge of the investment fund industry is an advantage.
