Fund Channel is a regulated B2B fund distribution platform created in 2005 and jointly owned by Amundi and Caceis. Based in Luxembourg, it provides services to facilitate fund distribution, strengthen transparency and improve processes across Europe and Asia.
Missions
The Client Service Trainee will support Relationship Managers in daily client servicing and onboarding activities. The role includes performing daily controls, responding to requests from clients, sub-distributors and asset managers, producing tailored reports and analyses, and coordinating the onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
Main tasks
- Support Relationship Management and other internal departments by handling requests and questions.
- Follow up relationships with the bottom 200 Asset Managers.
- Coordinate onboarding of new Asset Managers, including maintaining the onboarding Excel tracker, preparing and sending communications, initiating contacts and issuing reminders.
- Act as liaison between onboarding teams and the Relationship Manager team.
- Organize and lead internal meetings to follow up on negotiations and contractualization with Asset Managers.
- Identify all actions during calls and meetings.
- Negotiate and validate Asset Manager pricing.
- Coordinate with other departments, employees and external counterparts to meet onboarding requirements and deadlines.
- Handle enquiries related to trailer fees, including collection, payment and rates.
- Maintain and update the CRM database.
- Prepare monthly manual reports.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and reports as requested by clients or management.
Profile
- Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Finance (M1-M2).
- A first experience in Finance is ideal.
- Fluent French and English; German and/or Italian would be an asset.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze, organization, team spirit, prioritization and rigor.
- Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills.

- An internship agreement provided by the school or university is mandatory.
