Stage - Chargé(e) de conformité en Protection de la Clientèle H/F

You will join the Customer Protection team within Crédit Agricole Group Compliance. The team is responsible for implementing customer protection regulations across product marketing and sales journeys for Crédit Agricole Group entities in France and internationally.
The team works with marketing and distribution functions to co-develop reference standards and support their implementation in advisory processes. Customer protection is a rapidly developing area subject to supervision by authorities including the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to drafting standards and procedures for the Customer Protection framework.
- Organise and co-facilitate working groups on cross-functional customer protection topics.
- Help design educational materials to support adoption by entities.
- Contribute to the regulatory validation process for new products and activities.
- Manage and update the dedicated intranet site.
Additional information
The company will pay an internship allowance if the internship lasts more than two consecutive months.

Duration: 6 months
Minimum education: Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
Experience: 0–2 years
Knowledge of the banking sector and regulations such as MIF and DDA is appreciated.
