Sr SAP Procurement Consultant

Atos is looking for an experienced SAP Lead Consultant – Procurement with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM, SAP Activate, Grow with SAP, Rise with SAP and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).

Role Overview

You will drive solution design, execution and continuous improvement of procurement processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and cloud-ready delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards.
• Apply the SAP Activate methodology across project phases.
• Integrate Grow, Rise and SAP Cloud ALM practices into delivery, governance and lifecycle management.
• Own the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process across finance, logistics and sourcing.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure and optimize SAP MM and related procurement modules, including Ariba, Central Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Use SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, task and project management, process documentation, testing, deployment governance and operations monitoring.
• Drive testing cycles, migration activities, cutover plans and go-live.
• Support enablement, training and change management activities.
• Act as functional lead for the procurement workstream in S/4HANA programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and external SAP partners.
• Use CALM analytics and monitoring to improve service quality and process performance.
• Promote digital procurement tools, automation, Fiori apps and embedded analytics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of professional and project experience with SAP MM and S/4HANA Logistics, particularly procure-to-pay and supply chain planning.
• Proven track record as Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, Grow with SAP and/or Rise with SAP.
• Deep functional knowledge of procurement, purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, sourcing and inventory.
• Experience running Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead functional teams across multiple countries or business units.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Dutch and English proficiency are particularly of interest.
