Sr. District Manager, Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Lead sales and operations in an assigned store portfolio according to company guidelines to meet sales and margin targets through management of the 5Ps: People, Product, Process, Profit and Premise.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial results based on KPI performance and execute solutions to improve results.
• Coach and train other district managers to develop their skills.
• Lead sales and operations for stores of medium complexity within the assigned channel independently to deliver strong performance and growth.
• Develop and manage actions to increase KPIs for the assigned store portfolio based on regular analysis and strategic planning.
• Provide leadership to the assigned store portfolio and resolve people challenges with low supervision.
• Drive people plans and ensure implementation across stores.
• Lead in-store marketing management and activations with Brand teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Manage store operations by visiting stores at least three days a week and ensuring compliance with operating guidelines.
• Enhance consumer experience through focus on the consumer service model.
• Manage consumer incidents and protect brand reputation.
• Drive sales events for the assigned channel and supervise event operations.
• Collaborate with the retail sales director, Brand teams and group function partners on channel plans and retail initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in a retail-related field.
• Outstanding communication skills, fashion sense and trend awareness.
• University degree or above.
• Advanced IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
