Your Role
As a Senior Automation / Functional Quality Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of enterprise applications through test automation and API validation. The role focuses primarily on API testing using Java technologies in agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test solutions using Java and Playwright.
- Lead testing efforts for complex REST API integrations and microservices-based applications.
- Create and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Contribute to automation frameworks, standards, and quality engineering best practices.
- Partner with development teams to identify quality risks and implement preventive solutions.
- Work in agile teams focused on continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and recommend product quality improvements.
- Promote automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with global teams in a diverse and inclusive environment.
