Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support to ensure the label, hangtag, sticker attached to the products are complied with China regulation and adidas business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Global, Legal, QC, CM and adidas Taiwan to develop Chinese versions of newly released labels and hangtags by Global.
- Maintain and update a China labels and hangtags manual, working process, master file, and library according to China regulation upgrades, projects, or system changes.
- Coordinate label and hangtag issues with related functions in a timely manner to eliminate or minimize impact to the business.
Key Relationships
- Global: CoE Logistics, Order Management, Sourcing Operations
- China: CM, QC, Legal, DC
- Labels and hangtags suppliers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge and background of purchasing, operations, and sourcing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Thorough, with strong attention to detail.
- Certain knowledge of the textile, footwear, or sports product market in China is preferred.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the logistics, operations, or sourcing department of a global consumer goods brand.
