Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the South marketing team, helping bring Nike’s Consumer Fields of Play to life across Spain and Portugal through relationships, activations, marketplace execution and consumer insights.

We are looking for someone passionate about movement and running, curious about young consumers, and motivated to build deeper relationships with them. You should be passionate about Nike innovation, able to educate key partners about the brand and its vision, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a positive growth mindset.
What will you work on?
- Deliver seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for running through the code planning process.
- Deliver localized training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the Nike Sport Marketplace in Spain and Portugal on Nike’s mission, brand and innovation.
- Equip the retail frontline as Nike’s Trusted Voice and inspire communities through sport.
- Partner with the South marketing team to deliver Nike’s brand and business objectives in Spain and Portugal.
- Work with Nike Direct, the MPUs at South and EMEA level, and the EMEA EKIN team to develop strategies and share best practices.
Position requirements
- Deep passion for Nike’s brand, mission and innovation.
- Prior marketplace experience in marketing or training, with a strong focus on innovation.
- Experience in training delivery, project management and digital content creation is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable understanding of the Spanish consumer, the territory and Nike’s position within it, with experience making strategic marketing decisions.
- Willingness to adapt to consumer and organisational needs.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
