Solution Engineer - Autonomous Network Assurance

Your role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Autonomous Networks Assurance solutions and cloud-native management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in OSS/EMS/NMS development, network assurance technologies, cloud platforms, and telecom network domains.

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for solution design, integration, customization, deployment support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement activities within complex telecommunications environments.

Key responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and integrate cloud-based EMS/NMS and Network Assurance solutions; support Autonomous Networks Assurance platforms; translate customer requirements into scalable architectures; and participate in customization and integration activities.
• Integration & Automation: Develop APIs and interfaces, implement automation workflows, support data collection and correlation across network domains, and contribute to cloud-native and containerized deployments.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional, integration, and system testing; troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers; and support customer acceptance testing and production deployments.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in technical workshops, present solution architectures, work with global delivery and product teams, and support pre-sales activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to automation initiatives, reusable assets, best practices, knowledge sharing, technical mentoring, and emerging technology research.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Autonomous Networks Assurance products and Telecom OSS, EMS/NMS.
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale telecommunications environments.
• Experience with cloud-native, containerized, and cloud-based EMS/NMS development environments.
• Strong understanding of Network Management and Assurance architectures.

Required technical skills

• Autonomous Networks Assurance, EMS/NMS, network monitoring, fault management, and service assurance.
• REST APIs, SOAP, JMS, XML, SNMP, XSLT, and data parsing and transformation.
• MariaDB, Oracle Database, SQL, and Neo4j.
• Java, Python, Perl, Drools, and Groovy.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Nokia OSS products, 5G network slicing, 5G SA and NSA architectures, IP/MPLS, optical networks, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and fixed access networks is desirable.

Additional skills include cloud-native application architectures, microservices, AI-driven assurance and automation platforms, network analytics, observability solutions, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
