Software Engineer I - ServiceNow

Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for graduates with around 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, exposure to automation frameworks and API-driven development, familiarity with GenAI and agentic frameworks, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
This role performs configuration, development, administration, and operational support for the ServiceNow platform, including standard configuration, security, data management, reporting, third-party integrations, and environment management while maintaining data integrity, platform health, and best practices.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll work with product managers to deliver technical solutions through Agile methodology that solve business problems while supporting the long-term health of the ServiceNow platform.
- Design intuitive forms using Form Designer and UI policies
- Build server-side and client-side scripts
- Set up Access Control Lists
- Use Flow Designer to build workflows
- Set up notifications
- Design Service Portals
- Configure Chat
- Set up analytics and reporting
- Integrate with other platforms using APIs
- Author technical knowledge articles
- Participate in Scrum cadences, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
You will maintain platform integrity, security, and performance by applying patches and system upgrades on a scheduled basis and troubleshooting and remediating functionality-related incidents.
You will work with a global team of engineers to unlock the potential of data using GenAI solutions.
