We are looking for a Software Engineer for our location in Osijek to join our new team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop security-critical communication server software based on microservice and containerized architectures.
- Analyze and translate ETSI, 3GPP and customer-specific requirements into robust software components.
- Contribute to architecture decisions focused on scalability, resilience and security.
- Solve complex technical and implementation challenges using object-oriented programming languages such as Go, C++ or Java.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrate DevOps practices.
- Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews and testing frameworks.
- Contribute to secure and high-availability system design, including security protocols, encryption and network resilience.
- Work with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker and network protocols such as SIP, TCP/IP, HTTP and RTP.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
- Around 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in high-availability or telecommunications environments.
- Experience with Go, C++ or Java.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, microservices and container technologies.
- Knowledge of network protocols and experience working in Linux environments.
- Interest or exposure to telecommunications systems; ETSI, 3GPP and MCx are a plus.
- Fluent Croatian and English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
