Your role
The Skills, Talent & Workforce Transformation Consultant will help clients design, transform and scale modern workforce development capabilities across Learning, Talent Development, Skills Management and Performance Enablement. This role combines HR transformation consulting, functional expertise, process excellence, and digital innovation.
The consultant will assess current-state capabilities, identify transformation opportunities, design future operating models, and implement sustainable people solutions enabled by Technology, Data, and AI.
Your tasks
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions.
- Assess operating model maturity, identify gaps and shape transformation opportunities.
- Design target operating models, service models, governance and roadmaps.
- Support learning transformation across strategy, operations, experience, technology and AI-enabled learning.
- Support talent development, including career frameworks, talent reviews, succession, mobility, and growth journeys.
- Contribute to skills-based workforce initiatives, including skills taxonomy, capability mapping, career pathways and workforce readiness.
- Bring a working understanding of performance management and goal/performance cycles as a strong plus.
- Translate recommendations into practical HR technology and delivery solutions.
- Support RFPs, solutioning, client orals, proposals and thought leadership.
- Contribute to practice development with market insight, innovation and future-ready thinking.
Your profile
- Experience in HR, workforce, learning or talent transformation consulting.
- Strong understanding of Learning and Talent Development; Performance Management is a plus.
- Ability to connect business needs, processes, skills, and technology.
- Experience with workshops, stakeholder management, and client-facing delivery.
- Good knowledge of HR operating models, process design, governance, and documentation.
- Exposure to Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Degreed or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in global, multicultural, and matrixed environments.
