ServiceNow Senior Architect – Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across Customer Instances and Enterprise Instances.
• Own the CMDB strategy, data models, service mapping, integrations, and configuration governance.
• Drive technical leadership for DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, versioning, and development standards.
• Evaluate and steer enhancement requests in alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and the platform roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, and custom applications.
• Lead solution design for onboarding applications, teams, and customers onto the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Business, and Platform Operations teams to deliver workflows, integrations, and service automations.
• Ensure performance, availability, and reliability of customer and enterprise ServiceNow instances.
• Define coding standards, review technical designs, and guide development teams on platform best practices.
• Drive platform improvements including upgrades, patching strategy, health checks, and technical debt reduction.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to leadership, translating business needs into scalable architecture solutions.
• Partner with vendors and partners on design standards, delivery quality, and future expansion.
• Mentor internal teams and ensure strong knowledge management and documentation.

Qualifications

• B Tech/BE
• Experience in ServiceNow Application Development and platform support
