About the Role
Atos Amplify is looking for experienced consultants to join its growing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting medium-sized client engagements, leading workstreams, and managing day-to-day client delivery
- Assessing business, digital, or IT current operating models and developing the case for change
- Using data and insights to develop robust client recommendations
- Conducting delivery model maturity analysis, identifying service improvement opportunities, and implementing industry standards and best practices
- Designing and implementing target IT operating models
- Preparing client reports, facilitating workshops, and proactively managing client stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the consulting sector, at Manager equivalent level in other consulting firms
- Ability to contribute to value propositions and new opportunities
- Operating model design
- Organisational design
- Service design or service architecture
- Value stream mapping and process redesign
- Roadmap and business case development
- Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Understanding of technology and AI trends and their effect on strategy and IT operating models
Additional Requirements
- UK mobility with regular client-site engagement
- Security clearance (SC/BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
