Atos is seeking a Server Tools Technical Specialist to support and evolve enterprise automation platforms that enable automated service delivery, event management, workflow orchestration, and future AI-enabled operational services across customer environments.

Working within a highly governed, ITIL-aligned service environment, you will support automation platforms, troubleshoot complex workflow issues, maintain integrations, and help ensure services remain available, secure, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, support, and maintain infrastructure tooling environments, including Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
  • Maintain the availability, health, performance, and resilience of production and non-production SCORCH environments.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and optimise SCORCH runbooks and PowerShell-based automation workflows.
  • Diagnose failed automations, integration issues, and workflow errors.
  • Manage integrations with ServiceNow, SCOM, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms.
  • Plan and control patching, upgrades, capacity management, releases, and platform maintenance.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbook guidance, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and problems, support root cause analysis, and contribute to service improvement.
  • Support service restoration and major incident activities when automation, monitoring, or integration services are impacted.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft System Center Orchestrator, ideally SCORCH 2022 or later.
  • Experience designing, maintaining, testing, and deploying Orchestrator runbooks in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Experience integrating with Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, ServiceNow, and SCOM.
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server administration fundamentals relevant to Orchestrator.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based environment covering Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.
  • Flexibility to support out-of-hours activities where required.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
  • UK-based, with remote working available and national mobility required.
