Your Role
As a SAP Test Manager, you will lead and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring high-quality, business-ready solutions are delivered to clients. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will define testing strategies, drive testing governance, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Lead and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle across all project phases, from planning through execution and closure.
- Define and drive the overall test strategy, governance framework, quality standards, and testing approach for SAP programs.
- Develop and manage test plans, testing schedules, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate testing activities across client stakeholders, business users, functional teams, and technical workstreams.
- Oversee test execution, defect management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and test reporting.
- Ensure testing milestones, quality objectives, and project delivery timelines are achieved.
- Monitor testing progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation actions.
- Lead defect triage, prioritization, escalation management, and resolution tracking.
- Provide regular status updates, quality metrics, and executive-level reporting to project and client leadership.
