Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the operations of the technical support team at the Network Assistance Center.
• Utilize automotive technical knowledge to provide specialized guidance and support to the Mercedes-Benz network using the brand's latest digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical topics across the full range of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles to identify solutions and provide answers.
• Stay up to date with trends and advancements in the automotive industry through training and development.
• Support and resolve technical issues for Mercedes-Benz workshops.
• Work in a global team to deliver diagnostic content on time and to defined quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent written and strong verbal English communication skills.
• Degree in Automotive Engineering or certification in Automotive Diagnostics.
• Experience as a workshop specialist or in automotive development is an added value.
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz automotive systems and diagnostic methodologies.
• Independent working experience with electronically controlled vehicle systems.
• Good understanding of gasoline and diesel engines, automatic transmissions, and their subsystems.
• Good understanding of diagnostic testers and tools.
• Customer-oriented thinking and good analytical skills for field issues related to vehicles and diagnostic tester content.
• Basic knowledge of CAN and UDS protocols is an advantage.
• Team-player attitude and motivation to learn other languages.

Experience

• Hands-on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience in after-sales diagnostics.
• Experience dealing with different stakeholders and working in challenging environments.
