Senior Technical Lead - Fullstack Developer

Tasks

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable web applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks such as React. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, from backend APIs and database design to frontend UI implementation and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Design efficient SQL queries and work with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement ORM-based persistence using Hibernate/JPA.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java 8+.
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with relational databases.
• Version control using Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and exposure to Docker.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Apache Kafka, AWS or Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, TypeScript, JUnit, or Jest.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
