Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Execute purchasing activities for EM Central, with a focus on hyper care for the Ukraine market. Ensure the right buy is made for the season, avoid disruption of the ordering process, follow best practices, align regional cut-off dates, and serve as a link between the market and global processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager Product Supply in the successful execution of the Buy Plan for Ukraine and serve as backup user for Kazakhstan and other East European markets.
- Ensure accurate and timely availability of purchase orders across markets.
- Act as the single point of contact for forecasting by coordinating with Channels, Demand Planning, and the Global FC team.
- Prepare seasonal timelines and coordinate with IT, Demand Planning, CTC, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Track purchase orders across all plants to provide transparency to stakeholders.
- Provide information on purchase order placement and cut-off dates to Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and subsidiaries.
- Improve existing Product Supply reports and develop new reports.
- Analyze and build reports to help avoid excess inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing policy information.
- Support the Senior Manager Product Supply in driving new initiatives.
- Generate timely stakeholder reports with purchase order updates.
- Coordinate with global counterparts on purchase order updates, including article quantities, size changes, and replacements.

Global Supply Chain Planning, Global Supply Chain Operations, Global IT, EM Product Supply, Demand Planning, Business Units, and regional Product Supply, Customer Service, CTC, OBF, Sales, and Finance teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain or supply planning.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Ukrainian is mandatory.
Education and Experience
- University degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- 3–5 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or Customer Service.
