GBS, the engine that designs, builds, and operates consistent adidas end-to-end business services and solutions globally, is seeking a Senior Specialist GBS Legal Procurement in Porto.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities

  • Analyze, develop, and adjust end-to-end processes, services, standards, and operational plans for GBS Procurement Services, GBS Source to Pay (Legal Tracker), and the Global Legal function.
  • Manage and execute transformation initiatives, including gap analysis, process competency, and operational improvements focused on Legal Services.
  • Support initiatives related to Legal Tracker, DocuSign, Leah, litigation support, generative AI in legal services, and general legal operations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, analyze data and variances, develop solutions, and facilitate fact-based decisions and continuous improvements.
  • Lead medium-sized projects within time, cost, and quality boundaries, implementing results and supporting solution sustainability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Source-to-Contract processes.
  • Support Global Legal change management through prototype tools and collaboration with other functions and streams.
  • Standardize data management processes and drive data quality improvements.
  • Support stakeholders with master data analysis, process improvements, operational queries, and data-related expertise.
  • Develop communication packages presenting results, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Manage compliance and global process guidance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience and understanding of GBS or shared services environments and processes.
  • Understanding of legal, financial, procurement, and consumer goods processes.
  • Experience in process design, mapping, quality improvement, review, and compliance; SAP Signavio is a plus.
  • Continuous process improvement, analytical, strategic, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English and very good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing environments, and coach or guide teams.
  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset.

Requisite Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Legal, IT, related areas, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in data management and project management.
  • Ideally, experience in shared service center organizations.
  • Understanding of regional and global market landscapes and customers.
