Purpose
Responsible for supporting and executing the overall activities of distribution center operations by closely managing 3PL performance, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to cost control and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high service levels through effective daily operations and on-time delivery.
- Cost Efficiency: Support cost control and efficiency improvements through data analysis and optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Improve warehouse processes, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards, audits, and local regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational support to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of distribution center activities.
- Own and monitor warehouse KPIs, including productivity, SLA, OTIF, and inventory accuracy, and drive action plans with 3PL providers.
- Lead daily and weekly operational reviews with 3PL providers and align priorities, volumes, and performance targets.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support budget tracking, cost analysis, and validation of 3PL invoices.
- Coordinate cycle counts, reconciliation processes between SAP and WMS, and stock adjustments.
- Identify risks in stock discrepancies and implement preventive actions.
- Provide accurate inventory insights and support commercial teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, layout improvements, and productivity enhancements.
- Support strategic projects such as distribution center transitions, new warehouse setups, and 3PL changes.
- Ensure warehouse capacity planning is aligned with business needs.
- Monitor compliance of warehouse locations, including temporary storage, with company and legal standards.
- Escalate operational issues and ensure fast resolution.
- Manage goodwill acceptance, defective returns, rejection complaints, consumable material tracking and ordering, and 3PL invoice tracking.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably logistics
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience managing or working closely with 3PL providers
- Hands-on experience with SAP and WMS systems
- Experience in performance management and KPI tracking
- Project experience in distribution center setup, transition, or optimization is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors is preferred
