Senior Solutions Consultant (Databricks, Ukraine)

Your role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and optimize modern data platforms. This role combines deep technical expertise in data engineering with strong consulting capabilities to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using Databricks and cloud ecosystems.

Your tasks

• Design and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions using Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for batch and streaming.
• Provide expertise in data architecture and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Guide clients on best practices in cloud data engineering and governance.
• Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants.

Your profile

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• 2+ years in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Proven experience with the Databricks platform.
• Completion of Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification, or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end projects with hands-on implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed data processing systems.
• Experience with one or more of Hadoop, Flink, Presto, or similar big data technologies.
• Familiarity with Databricks multi-hop architecture, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
