Who You’ll Work With

You will work with stakeholders from Indirect Procurement, Sports Marketing, Logistics, Direct Purchasing, technical product management, architecture, engineering, and program teams across Nike.

You will collaborate with engineers across product squads and platform teams to design and deliver Aravo-based solutions, resolve technical dependencies, and improve service reliability, security, performance, and operational support. You will also contribute to design discussions, configuration and solution reviews, pairing, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals, 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience, and demonstrated experience in the Enterprise Supplier Management space. Preference will be given to candidates with Aravo configuration and setup experience, particularly in indirect supplier management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of overall experience in indirect procurement processes and enterprise procurement or finance technology solutions across design, build, test, deployment, and production support.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting Aravo, including workflow design, form and questionnaire configuration, business rules, supplier onboarding processes, and platform administration.
  • Working knowledge of indirect procurement Source-to-Pay processes, including supplier onboarding, supplier master data management, third-party risk assessment, and integration with downstream procurement and payables systems.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC integration touchpoints relevant to supplier master data, procurement, and accounts payable.
  • Experience diagnosing production issues through logs, traces, monitoring, and structured root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to assess complex technical information, make sound trade-off decisions, and communicate clearly with technical and business audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience integrating Aravo with SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, or other indirect procurement SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with supplier risk management, compliance, and audit-ready enterprise systems.
  • Aravo and SAP MDG integration experience.

What You’ll Work On

  • Configure, extend, and support Aravo capabilities, including supplier onboarding workflows, questionnaires, forms, approvals, business rules, supplier master data processes, and related third-party management workflows.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Aravo and SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, and connected services using APIs, integration services, events, and file-based patterns.
  • Partner with product and business teams to refine requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate process needs into technical designs.
  • Develop high-quality, supportable solutions and participate in configuration, enhancement, and design reviews.
  • Create automated tests and support end-to-end, integration, regression, and production validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across Aravo, SAP, Coupa, and connected services; drive root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation.
  • Contribute to observability, operational readiness, incident response, performance, security, and reliability improvements.
  • Support Aravo and connected platform upgrades and release activities while assessing downstream impacts.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, interface mappings, configuration guides, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in Agile planning and delivery while communicating dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and progress.
