We are the ServiceNow Engineering team at Nike, providing service management solutions that enable Nike businesses to operate efficiently. ServiceNow is Nike's Enterprise Service Management platform, supporting digitized and automated business processes, service portals, mobile interfaces, applications, chat, AI/ML capabilities, analytics, and integrations across the enterprise.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for graduates with around 6 years of development experience with the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, exposure to automation frameworks and API-driven development, familiarity with GenAI and agentic frameworks, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with peers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

This role performs configuration, development, administration, and operational support for the ServiceNow platform, including standard configuration, security, data management, reporting, third-party integrations, and environment management while maintaining data integrity, platform health, and best practices.

What You'll Work On

You’ll design, develop, and run enterprise automation solutions, including workflows, self-service capabilities, and incident deflection systems. You’ll work with a global team of engineers and cross-domain product teams to integrate systems through API-driven development and deliver technical solutions using Agile methodology.

• Configure and develop business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and workflow logic.
• Design secure role-based access and configure data permissions.
• Build and manage third-party integrations using Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID servers.
• Enhance and optimize products including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Finance, and Procurement.
• Build and customize ServiceNow portals, widgets, pages, and themes.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow mobile applications.
• Optimize Chat and Virtual Agent.
• Design and implement analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in or lead Scrum cadences, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Author solution design, impact analysis, and technical knowledge documents.
• Design, build, and execute automated test frameworks using ServiceNow ATF.
• Manage platform health and maintain platform integrity, security, and performance.
• Guide junior developers, review update sets, and enforce scripting and system performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and remediate functionality-related incidents.
