Your Role
As a Scrum Master at Capgemini, you will support Agile delivery teams by facilitating effective Agile practices, promoting accountability, and enabling successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. You will serve as a servant leader, helping teams remove impediments, improve delivery effectiveness, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support effective Agile ways of working, sprint planning, commitment management, and execution of sprint goals.
- Promote transparency into priorities, progress, blockers, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-up plans.
- Identify and manage blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery timelines or quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to remove impediments and escalate issues requiring leadership attention.
- Promote ownership, accountability, collaboration, conflict resolution, and alignment around team goals.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain communication among technical teams, Product Owners, business partners, and leadership.
- Prepare status updates, reports, and stakeholder communications as required.
Your Profile

- Experience managing risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and escalations.
- Comfort operating in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles, and best practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting multiple teams, products, or delivery workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise Agile delivery organizations.
- Experience supporting healthcare, health insurance, or payer-related programs.
- Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional or multi-team initiatives.
- Familiarity with Planview and Confluence.
- Understanding of change management and organizational transformation.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, or equivalent).
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- SAFe Scrum Master or related Agile certifications.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
