Senior SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant

We support global clients in delivering complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant to join our international SAP delivery organisation.

As a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant, you will play a key role in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation projects. You will define and execute end-to-end data migration strategies, ensuring successful migration of business-critical data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, you will drive migration activities from assessment and planning through cutover and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute SAP data migration strategy, scope, governance and roadmap.
• Assess data quality and migration readiness.
• Deliver migrations using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Manage master and transactional data migration across R2R, O2C, P2P and SCM domains.
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Define and validate data mappings.
• Perform data cleansing and enrichment.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Execute mock migrations, reconciliations and validations.
• Lead cutover activities and support go-live and hypercare phases.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of SAP project experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit and S/4HANA Private Cloud or Private Edition.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation covering the full data migration lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in Finance, Procurement, Sales and/or Supply Chain processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
