Your Role
As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for complex client environments. You will act as a subject matter expert, drive client discussions, and ensure high-quality project execution aligned with business objectives.
- Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Configure and optimize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA).
- Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules, including MM and SD, and external systems.
- Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
Your Profile
- 5–8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and Mexican regulatory requirements; tax and e-invoicing CFDI experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 required).
