About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our international team. In this role, you will design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions that support internal business processes across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, application managers and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows and SOQL.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring system performance, security and data integrity.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation.
- Utilize GitHub and DevOps practices to improve development efficiency and release quality.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years focused on Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, including triggers and batch classes, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows and SOQL.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model and data model.
- Experience with Sales Cloud.
- Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control and GitHub.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, App Builder or Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach.
Nice to have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and automated deployment processes.
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce Clouds.
Work model and location
Location: Poland. Model: Hybrid. The role offers a flexible hybrid model with a maximum of two office days per month, depending on location.
