• At least six months of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• A team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
• Good communication skills in English.

Your activities

• Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively to drive store sales and meet targets by delivering excellent customer service.
• Motivate, inspire, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
• Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
