- 6+ months of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
- Advanced customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player with resilience and a desire to learn and stay curious.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities

- Work collaboratively to drive store sales and meet targets by delivering great customer service.
- Motivate, inspire, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
