• At least 6 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and solid product, retail, and industry understanding.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Teamwork, resilience, eagerness to learn, curiosity, and good communication skills.

Your activities

• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Model excellent customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Share customer service experience and train selected team members.
• Support Sales Assistants with complex customer service situations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and provide brand and product knowledge training.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures to maintain the sales floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor.
