The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager – AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions. This is a strategic product leadership role focused on identifying emerging market opportunities, transforming cutting-edge AI capabilities into differentiated products and offerings, and helping define the future of ServiceNow-powered enterprise transformation.

You will operate at the intersection of AI and agentic AI innovation, product strategy, product engineering, enterprise transformation, human-centered design, value engineering, and commercial growth.

Your Mission

Lead the strategy, productization, and commercialization of AI-powered products, platforms, accelerators, and industry solutions built on ServiceNow and the broader AI ecosystem. Identify opportunities where AI, automation, workflows, data, integrations, and experience design can be combined to create scalable solutions that customers trust, adopt, and derive measurable value from.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products.
• Develop industry-specific solutions, reusable intellectual property, solution blueprints, accelerators, frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
• Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and customer engagement.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products and services.
• Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery teams on business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, sales assets, strategic pursuits, and customer engagements.
• Champion consumer-grade enterprise experiences and human-centered design principles.
• Define success metrics, establish adoption frameworks, validate product hypotheses, and optimize products through analytics and experimentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strategic product leadership, product vision and roadmap development, platform strategy, and ecosystem thinking.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of AI platform ecosystems including Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with value-based selling, value engineering, business case development, solution design, and go-to-market planning.
• Awareness of security, risk, governance, and compliance.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Offering Management, Innovation Leadership, Product Engineering, Solution Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience launching and scaling enterprise products and offerings.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguity and influence without formal authority.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building or launching Agentic AI or multi-agent solutions.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI orchestration, model evaluation, or domain-specific AI solutions.
• Previous experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product leadership.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or value consulting.

Professional Certifications

ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable, including Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, AI certifications, architecture credentials, and relevant product certifications. Product management certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, SAFe Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or AIPMM are preferred.
