Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of the North America Partners Go-To-Market (GTM) team, partnering closely with Account Directors, Sport Sales Directors, Finance, and cross-functional business teams to deliver elevated planning and sales experiences. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior Nike leaders and executive stakeholders across Nike’s most strategic wholesale partners, helping bring high-impact events to life.
Who We Are Looking For
Nike is looking for a seasoned event planning professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments and brings a relentless focus on executional excellence. This person is an exceptional relationship builder who can confidently engage senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- 5+ years of professional experience in meeting and event planning, including hotel operations, catering, travel logistics, and onsite event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; suitable combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered
- Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level audiences while managing multiple high-visibility events simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Box, Cvent, and Airtable
- Willingness to work onsite in Beaverton, Oregon; this role is not eligible for remote work
What You’ll Work On
You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic partner-facing and internal events that support Nike’s North America Go-To-Market strategy.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of seasonal sales meetings, Key Account Planning Meeting sessions, partner summits, and other strategic business events
- Build partnerships with Account Directors, Sport Sales Directors, Finance teams, and executive stakeholders to align event objectives, agendas, and attendee experiences
- Manage registration, travel coordination, hotel sourcing, transportation, catering, offsite experiences, and attendee communications
- Own event budgets, monitor expenses, manage purchase orders, and partner with Finance teams
- Provide onsite support, including badging, vendor management, production oversight, issue resolution, and executive support
- Drive process improvements using tools and technology to create efficient, scalable event planning practices
- Manage multiple events with varying timelines, stakeholders, and business objectives while maintaining a premium Nike experience
