Proven ability to maintain high-availability systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support critical network management platforms.
Technical Skills
- Nokia NetAct: Platform deployment and administration; network monitoring and performance management; alarm handling and troubleshooting; system integration and maintenance; incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux): Installation, configuration, and administration of RHEL servers; user and access management; Bash scripting and automation; system monitoring and performance tuning; log analysis and troubleshooting; service and package management.
- HPE Infrastructure: HPE ProLiant server configuration and deployment; hardware installation and maintenance; RAID and storage configuration; firmware and BIOS upgrades; HPE iLO administration and remote management.
- VMware: VMware vSphere and ESXi administration; virtual machine deployment and management; resource allocation and optimization; cluster and host management; troubleshooting virtualized environments.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs; routing and switching fundamentals; network connectivity troubleshooting; firewall and security fundamentals; data center networking concepts.
